2016 PUTTIN' ON THE DOG/CAT GALA
The Humane Society of Sumner County is very excited to announce that our 13th annual Puttin' on the Dog/Cat Gala will take place at Bluegrass Country Club in Hendersonville on Saturday, October 29th, 2016 from 5-9PM. We will be celebrating adopted and awaiting-a-home animals, volunteers, the adoption center team, 2016 victories and most importantly our HSSC supporters with food and cheer, silent auction items and a few surprises. Casual dress or Costumes (optional) for the Costume Contest and awards. We will also be unveiling the 13 winners of our 2017 Pet Calendar Contest.
As the Gala is the largest fundraiser of the year for our no-kill shelter/adoption center, I hope we can count on your support as a SPONSOR or Silent Auction Donor. We have 22 table sponsorships available @ $150 per table. Your business or group name will be listed in the program and on your table. Express your imagination and creativity by providing a centerpiece to be enjoyed by our guests, and at the same time, promote your business, service or group. The Humane Society of Sumner County is a 501c3 non-profit organization so all donations/sponsorships are tax deductible. Your company may need this information for tax purposes. The table sponsorship cost of $150 includes one free ticket. Additional galatickets are $50 for each guest. The tabletops will be judged by “Peoples’ Choice” voted by ballot from those attending the event. Award levels are: 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
Businesses and individuals donating funds or items to this event will be acknowledged on our website and in the Gala Program. We would be delighted to have you join us for this event.
